November 2022 - April 2023 Snow Removal Contract

Please choose the frequency of snow removal that will best suit your needs from the options below. Alterations to snow removal frequency throughout the season will require 24 hour written (emailed) notice. Billing and Payment Terms

Billing will be calculated hourly at the contract rate of $125 an hour + GST. Hours will be charged in ¼ hour increments, rounding up to the nearest ¼ hour at the rate of $125 an hour + GST. Snow Removal requested with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the non-contract rate of $150 hour with a $75 minimum. Our operator will begin tracking time from their starting location to include travel. We will do our best to design the most efficient routes while utilizing both machines to minimize travel time.

On the 1st of each month, customers will receive a monthly invoice with a breakdown of hours for services provided. Ex. On March 1st, you will receive an invoice for February services. All Customers are required to provide a valid Credit card or Visa Debit that will be kept on file for monthly charges. Billing will be processed on the 1st of each month. If you are in the Hemlock Hollow Rental Pool (use our Short Term Accommodations Management services) you are not required to provide your credit card as payments will be processed as deductions from rental income. In the event of a declined payment, services will be halted and will not resume until the invoice is paid in full.
